Master Degree Programmes in Technology:
Applicants should have a BEng/B.Sc. degree in the relevant field of study or in a closely related field. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree (AMK) in a related field from a Finnish University of Applied Sciences or with a Russian Spetsialist degree are also eligible to apply.
The BEng/B.Sc. degree must be completed by the end of the application period. Please note: If you are still studying or awaiting results, you can apply during the application period, but you must have completed your degree and submitted a copy of your degree certificate to the university by 13 July 2012.
Master Degree Programmes in Economics and Business Administration:
Applicants with the following degrees are eligible to apply:
1) A Finnish lower university degree in business administration (Bachelor of Science (Economics and Business Administration))
2) Bachelor of Business Administration (tradenomi) from a university of applied sciences
3) A Russian Spetsialist degree in the field in question or
4) A foreign university degree that provides eligibility for similar studies in the country in question, including an American-style, university-level BBA programme or an internationally accredited MBA programme (a minimum of 80 ECTS credits of business studies or sufficiently corresponding studies is required*).
Please note! Applicants with a Finnish or foreign higher university degree in business administration (Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration)) are not eligible.
If you are still studying or awaiting results, you can apply during the application period, but you must have completed your degree and submitted a copy of your degree certificate to the university by 13 July 2012. The application must be appended with a certificate of studies completed so far, and the estimated graduation date must be indicated in the application form.
Important! The eligibility conditions described here do not apply to the Master’s programme in International Technology and Innovation Management (MITIM). MITIM eligibility criteria is defined separately www.lut.fi/mitim.
