Knowledge management

Knowledge management research focuses on the role and nature of knowledge and related processes in competitiveness. The topics covered include organisational renewal capability, intra- and inter-firm trust, as well as knowledge sharing and protection in both an organisational and a virtual context. Research is conducted in close cooperation with industry, thus ensuring access to unique data sets.
