The fifth Ceremonial Conferment of Doctoral Degrees at Lappeenranta University of Technology will be held on 7-8 June 2012. The festivities will include a dance rehearsal, a conferment rehearsal, a sword sharpening, the actual conferment ceremony, an academic procession, a church service, a banquet and ball.
Those who obtain their doctorate no later than in the graduation ceremony in April 2012 may take part.
