Participants interested in presenting to one of the topics given above are invited to submit a one-page abstract by March 15, 2009. Contributions to other related topics are also welcome. In the abstract the presenting author should be indicated.

Manuscripts of the accepted contributions (up to 8 pages) will be published in the proceedings given to the participants at the beginning of the meeting. Entry of contributions into the proceedings requires the presence of one of the co-authors at the conference and the registration is to be done by June 15, 2009.
