In spring 2003, the institute launched the operations of a multidisciplinary researcher community. Several organisations in the region participated in the planning of the community that is aimed at academic graduates interested in scientific research, postgraduate students, researchers, and university students in the final stages of their studies.
The objective is to establish a multidisciplinary and communicative community for researchers and postgraduate students that meets regularly to discuss various themes and courses and promotes research.
The researcher community’s email list includes over a hundred persons with an interest in research.
Researcher premises
The institute supports local researchers by offering them premises at the institute where they can conduct their research. Only one research premises is currently available for the researcher community due to shortage of space.
