Breaches of regulations

If a student is caught cheating in an examination, the supervisor will remove the student from the exam hall immediately. If the offence is discovered after the exam has finished, the teacher marking the exam will fail the student. The director of the department and exchange student's home university will be notified of these measures.

In practice, if a student is suspended for a specific period, this will be noted in his/her records: he/she will not be recorded as an enrolled student in the student register during the period and exchange student’s home university will be notified of the offence. The student’s username and passwords will be revoked and magnetic key will be confiscated.

Please see University Regulations on Education and the Completion of Studies (into force August 1st, 2010) for more information.
