Each exchange student will receive an official transcript of records in English after finishing studies at LUT. It usually takes 2-3 months to complete the transcripts and deliver these to the students. Unless the university is informed otherwise, the student’s home university will receive a copy of the transcripts, while the original will be sent to the student.
Transcript of records include details of all the courses student has passed. Failed or discontinued courses are excluded. Passed courses are marked with the LUT grades and ECTS credits.
Master degree students can ask for the official transcript of records from the Student Affairs Office. Each document costs EUR 2. Students can order a non-official transcript through WebOodi.
