Helpdesk Origo will move to summer opening hours on 21.5. right after the Ascension Day. Exam start times from 21.5. to 17.8.2012 are: Mon-Fri 8:45 and 12:30.
The normal opening hours will continue until 16.5.2012 and the possible exam start times are Mon-Thu 8:30, 11:45 and 15:00, Fri 8:45 and 11:45.
Exam Aquarium is open Mon-Thu 08.30-18.00, Fri 08.30-15:00.
Exam/maturity test starting times are Mon-Fri at 8:30 am, and 11:45 am and Mon-Thu at 3:00 pm. Starting exams/maturity tests at the same time assures silence in the exam aquarium.

• 19.12.-22.12.2011 open 8:45-15:00 (possible exam start times at 8:45 and 12:00)
• 23.12.2011 open 8:45-14:00 (possible exam start times at 8:45 and 12:00, only 2 hour exams possible in the afternoon)
• Closed on Boxing Day 26.12.2011
• 27.12.-30.12.2011 open 8:45-15:00 (possible exam start times at 8:45 and 12:00)
• 2.1.-4.1.2012 open 8:30-18:00 (possible exam start times at 8:30, 11:45 and 15:00)
• 5.1.2012 open 8:30-15:00 (possible exam start times at 8:30 and 11:45)
• Closed on Epiphany 6.1.2012
• Starting on 9.1.2012 normal open hours apply
• During normal open hours it is possible to start exams at 8:30, 11:45, and 15:00
Procedures:
- Make a reservation to an exam or maturity test using the exam aquarium software.
- By the reserved time, arrive in time to Origo's Info Desk.
- Take the enrollment sheet with you that you have got when enrolling to an exam. You will need the user ID and password mentioned in the sheet for the exam aquarium software in order to take an exam.
- The person on duty at Origo's Info Desk will guide you to the computer in exam aquarium and will help you to begin the exam.

Students are able to take an examination in English in the course Introduction to knowledge management.
The generally agreed Practical instructions for exams will be applied also in exam aquarium. If a student arrives late, the time reserved for writing will also diminish - so the student will not be given extra time to take the exam.
