Enrolment 

 Enrolment for the academic year 2012-2013 starts on 1 June 2012 and ends on 20 August 2012 and for spring periods 1st December 2012 and ends 2nd January 2013.
You may enrol and pay the Student Union membership fee through WebOodi. If you are unable to do so, please contact the Student Affairs Office by email at opinto@lut.fi.  
Detailed instructions for enrolling through WebOodi

If you have forgotten to enrol for the academic year on time, please do the following:

1. Print and fill out the enrolment form.
2. You can pay the Student Union fee to one of the Student Union bank accounts: Nordea IBAN FI94 1091 3000 3103 51 BIC NDEAFIHH, OP IBAN FI80 5620 0920 0067 14 BIC OKOYFIHH or Sampo IBAN FI75 8000 1170 9109 55 BIC DABAFIHH. The reference number is 01914 + your student number OR if your student number is lower than 0348994, the reference number is 14 + your student number. The Student Union fee for only one semester is € 51.50, and for the entire academic year € 103. You may add an optional € 5.00 to support Finnish war veterans. 3. A re-enrolment fee of € 35 will be charged. The payment can be made to the following Lappeenranta University of Technology bank account: Pohjola Pankki Oyj, IBAN FI3950000120255954, BIC OKOYFIHH. Write “uudelleenkirjautumismaksu” in the message field, along with your name and student number. The re-enrolment fee will be charged as of 23 August 2011.
4. Please submit your enrolment form and documents on payments made to the Student Affairs Office.

WebOodi is the students’ user interface for exam and course registration, changing one’s contact information and monitoring one’s studies.

Note: You should primarily register through WebOodi. If for some reason you cannot do so, you can also register before the relevant deadline at the Student Affairs Office either in person, by telephone or by sending e-mail to opinto@lut.fi.  

WEBOODI USERNAME AND PASSWORD

The use of WebOodi requires a valid user account.

Your user account is not valid if you are not mentioned in the student register as enrolled. If you have not enrolled for the previous academic year as attending or non-attending, your user account is not valid and you must contact the Student Affairs Office for re-enrolment.

If you have forgotten your username and password, you may obtain them with online banking authentication at https://tunnistus.lut.fi/aktivointi.
