- Steering Group meeting
- 15th August: Mapping of Staff Forms and Identifier Forms: completion and return deadline for the Units of Assessment
- Verification of Mapping of Staff Forms
- The Collection of bibliometric information by LUT library and the Assessment Organisation commences
- Recruiting process of the Panel Chairs and Panel Members starts
- 29th August: discussion and information event for the Units of Assessment

SEPTEMBER
- Self-Assessment Forms to be send to the Units of Assessment
- Other Scientific Activity Forms to be send to the Units of Assessment for filling in missing information

OCTOBER
- 10th October: Deadline for the collection of bibliometric information by LUT library and the Assessment Organisation
- 14th October: Steering Group meeting

NOVEMBER
- 13th November: Final deadline for the return of all material by the Units of Assess-ment

DECEMBER
- Collection of background information packages for the Panel Members
