The aim is to extend the collaboration from solving specific problems faced by industries to basic research of interest to industrial enterprises. The faculty’s special research units, the Centre for Separation Technology (CST) and the Carelian Drives and Motor Centre (CDMC), play a pivotal role in the university’s cooperation with industry.
