Postgraduate Studies

The units in the Graduate School in Electrical Energy Engineering organize annually about ten intensive postgraduate courses in their fields of specialization. All the GSEEE doctoral students as well as other postgraduate students in the GSEEE units are welcome to these postgraduate courses. Usually, participation of other postgraduate students is not restricted either. The GSEEE postgraduate courses can be incorporated as such into the postgraduate study plans of the GSEEE doctoral students.

In addition to these GSEEE postgraduate courses, the GSEEE units also organize long-term seminar courses of their own.

The doctoral students in the GSEEE may freely participate in courses outside the Graduate School, interdisciplinary courses included, insofar as they can be incorporated into the students’ personal postgraduate study plans. Any interdisciplinary or other studies outside the Graduate School will have to be agreed upon in advance with the supervisor of the postgraduate studies.
