The aim is to study the development of new businesses and products from the viewpoint of information and knowledge.
Areas of interest in Information and Knowledge Management include both the management of existing information and knowledge and the creation of new knowledge. The field of Information and Knowledge Management includes the management of product and process information, the exploitation of methods and tools supporting decision making in innovation and product development, the implementation of information systems, company networking and electronic business.
