Supply chain management 


Research on Supply Chain Management deals with the development of methods and practices used to control and develop supply chain management and networks. The key areas of research are:

Models and methods of materials control and their implementation in an organisation
Process management and methods for the development of cooperation between different parts of an organisation and
Analysis of processes and structures between supply chain partners

The research aims to:

  • Develop methods for importing analysed information into supply chain decision processes
  • Systematise the use of tacit knowledge in decision making
  • Develop individual methods into practical decision making processes
  • Promote and accelerate the assimilation of new methods and practices in organisations
  • Plan structural solutions for enhancing cooperation between different parts of an organisation
  • Produce practical management and development processes in order to make cooperation more effective
