The research director is expected to have good academic qualifications and the ability to respond to the goals set by NORDI’s stakeholders. The person appointed for the research director position is expected to have a doctorate in a related field and considerable experience in research dealing with Russia.

Project Manager

The project manager is in charge of Russian market specific projects.
