Language Services offers language and culture training for companies, public institutes and private individuals. Tailor made training is planned together with the customer on the basis of needs analyses and placement tests or interviews. The learning materials are designed according to the customer's needs. We also offer non stop training in the form of two-day courses with particular topics.

The quality of our training is assured through the following measures:
- Before the course begins, the skill levels and learning needs of the participants are surveyed by an interview on the customer's premises.

Learning materials are compiled on an individual basis, including authentic material from the participant's own work place, web-based materials, as well as other materials and text books suitable for the purposes.

Teaching methods are communicative and suitable for adult learners. They include small group and pair work, encouraging and activating the participants to communicate freely and "without fear".

At the end of the course, all participants are asked to fill in a feedback form. A report on the feedback given will be then sent to the customer, as well as course certificates for the participants.
