Intercultural Negotations 


English is the lingua franca of international business and cross-cultural negotiation. Therefore, the knowledge of the right kind of language and of cultural differences is a valuable asset.

Topics:

  • language of negotiations in its different stages
  • cultural differences; cross cultural communication
  • the art of listening
  • different verbal and non verbal patterns in negotiations
  • "global etiquette" of negotiations

Length: two days/ 2 x 7 hours (1 lesson/hour = 45 minutes)

Methods: Pair and group activities, negotiation role plays and case studies
