TBRC in brief
The Technology Business Research Center (founded in 1999) is an international multi-disciplinary research institute at Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT).
TBRC produces high-quality academic research to overcoming managerial and environmental challenges and take advantage of new oppotunities. TBRC's mission is to contribute to top-level academic research and discussion on technology-related business at the national and international levels. TBRC's specific advantage is the integration of cross-disciplinary competencies that can be applied to different business-related problems.
Projects
The research objective is to promote the competitive advantage of industries and companies through the innovative integration of technological and business knowledge. Research in TBRC is conducted in projects funded by national and international financers and customers from the private and public sectors.

CEID Annual Seminar 2013 – Together with CST and TBRC on May, 22, 2013 at LUT
In a spirit of the university's updated strategy entitled "Together", The CEID Annual Workshop 2013 is arranged this year together with two other LUT research centres: Centre for Separation Technology (CST) and Technology Business Research Centre (TBRC).
The seminar will take place at LUT Student-Union building auditorium on May, 22, 2013 at 9:30–16:30.
This year's program will focus on university collaboration together with industry. The workshop is open to all who are interested in the program, from our staff and students to external persons in academia or in enterprises.
