LUT's Records Services receives and handles mail addressed to the university and maintains document archives. For example, job applications, tenders and other documents addressed to the university are delivered to Records Services.
When sending mail to the university, please mention the name of the university first on the envelope and the name of the recipient second, if known. Requests for access to information under the Act on the Openness of Government Activities may be e-mailed to Records Services.
