Prof. Paavo Ritala’s article on Amazon.com attracted academic interest
Publication by LUT Professor in Industrial Marketing Management received more downloads in 2014 than any other article published in that year in that journal. An article titled "Coopetition-based business models: The case of Amazon.com", written by Professor Paavo Ritala (LUT School of Business and Management) in co-operation with Arash Golnam and Alain Wegmann (both from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), has attracted a lot of visibility.
The article was published in Industrial Marketing Management, a journal which is ranked in the highest category of the Finnish publication ranking (JUFO 3). Industrial Marketing Management has a broad readership among marketing scholars, but also among business scholars in general.
