Intended learning outcomes

After completing the programme, you will be familiar with a wide range of business analytics methods and be able to model and solve data-based business and industrial problems independently.

You will be able to:

  •  describe and use a wide variety of business analytics methods in a business or an industry context
  • understand how business analytics can be used in business development and in developing industrial processes
  • learn to use and to apply a selection of modern business analytics tools and software to solving real-world problems with real-world data
  • demonstrate hands-on skills in applying business analytics to real-world business and industrial problems
  • conduct an independent scientific research project, and report on and present it professionally
