Alessio Giove, Master of Science in Industrial Chemistry, will defend his doctoral dissertation in the field of Chemical Engineering at LUT 19 April 2024 at noon, Auditorium 1318 and online. His dissertation is titled Preparation of ion-imprinted polymers for the hydrometallurgical separation of Co(II) and Ni(II) ions: the effect of metal-chelator complexes on selectivity. Professor Ari Väisänen, University of Jyväskylä, Finland, will act as opponent. Docent Katri Laatikainen of LUT University will act as custos.
