Abstract submission tool will be announced before the registration opens, and registration for the conference is handled through the Lyyti system. The payment for the conference is handled in the Lyyti system. If you wish to present your research at the conference, note that you need to submit the abstract separately.

Deadline for abstract submission is March 3rd 2027, and information about abstract acceptance will be sent by April 2nd 2027.

Early registration deadline: April 13th, 2027 
Final registration deadline: May 13th, 2027

Cancellations with full reimbursement are accepted until the 13th of May 2027. For cancellations submitted between 14th of May 2027 and 30th of May 2027, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the 30th of May 2027. Please send the cancellations to [email protected].
