Biography

My research examines how digital technologies, organizational practices, public policy, and civic engagement interact in sustainability transitions. I study sustainable IT, human-AI interaction, persuasive technologies, sustainability governance, and the organizational implementation of regulatory requirements such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. Using qualitative and mixed-method approaches, I investigate how organizations and communities translate sustainability goals and regulatory demands into practices, data infrastructures, behavioural interventions, and forms of stakeholder participation. My work particularly explores how digital and AI-enabled technologies can support sustainability learning, responsible digitalization, public engagement, and positive behavioural change.
