Registration

Registration for the event is expected to open in mid-March 2027. The opening of registration will be announced through the communication channels of the Finnish National Agency for Education and via mailing lists. There will be plenty of places available, but capacity is limited.

The registration link will be published here once registration opens.

Participation Fee

The participation fee will be confirmed closer to the event and published here before registration opens.

We recommend online or card payment at the time of registration, as these are the most convenient and cost-effective payment methods for both participants and the organisers. Payment by invoice is available if it is the only payment method accepted by your organisation.

If you wish to pay by invoice, please have your organisation's invoicing details available when registering. An invoice processing fee of €10 will be charged per invoice. Participants from the same organisation may be included on a single invoice; however, each participant must register individually.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that participation fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

Registration may be transferred to a colleague if the organisers are notified in writing. The deadline for name changes is 3 May 2027.
