We are pleased to introduce the first-ever Finnish Sales Research Conference (FSRC) organized in Lahti, Finland, from October 11th to 12th 2023.
We invite all sales and marketing students, scholars, and enthusiasts to discuss their research and network with like-minded peers and business partners in an inspiring venue and to develop the Finnish sales research community further. We welcome all sales-related topics including national and international industrial selling, retail, sales digitalization, and research on sales management.
The conference is held at the LUT University Lahti campus (Mukkulankatu 19, 15210 Lahti, Finland).
The conference offers both academic and practical business perspectives.
Professor Deva Rangarajan (IESEG Paris, France), an internationally well-known sales scholar with experience from Europe, the US, South Africa, and India will give a plenary talk.
Dr. Petri Parvinen, Professor of Strategic Marketing and Management from University of Helsinki, will begin with a keynote on the topic "So much cool sales tech out there!"
From the practical side, there will be invited talks by Kim Salvén, Vice President (Sales & Marketing) from Peikko Group and Timo Tuomi, Customer Success Manager from Vainu, and opportunities for networking with business representatives.
Also, FSRC will accommodate a panel discussion on 'Sustainable B2C and B2B selling in the fashion industry' with the style ambassador, LUT University Professor of Practice Sami Sykkö, an academic expert in the fashion research area LUT University Assistant Professor Jenni Sipilä, Assistant Professor of sustainability science at LUT University’s School of Energy Systems Jarkko Levänen, Principal Lecturer from the Tampere University of Applied Sciences Pia Hautamäki, and HR & Sustainability Director from Luhta, Annamaria Väli-Klemelä.
