Registration for the event takes place via the attached LYYTI form. The form includes two participant types: “Early bird” and “Networking meetings only.” Select the “Networking meetings only” participant type if you are attending only the networking meetings on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Early bird price is valid until 14 June 2026, after that price will increase.
If you plan to participate in the programme on all days, please register using the “Early bird” participant type. You can also choose to attend the Wednesday networking meetings under this participant type.
The event has a maximum capacity. Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will be activated, and you can register on it to queue for a place at the event. If someone cancels their participation, the next person on the waiting list will be invited to register. The spot must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the email, after which it will be offered to the next person.
Registration fee
Registration fee for the event is 425 EUR. This includes the conference fee 285 EUR (0% VAT) and social programme fee 140 EUR (VAT 25,5%, VAT amount 28,45€).

Registration fee can be confirmed by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), online bank or mobile payment methods.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend the event, we kindly ask you, in accordance with the principles of sustainable event management, to cancel your participation no later than June 26, 2026. Cancellations made after this date, or no-show will result in the full participation fee being charged. A participant may be replaced free of charge within the same organization.
