Reservations made from the quota must be confirmed by a credit card or paid at the time of the booking. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

With the given booking code EVNT, guests can book rooms with discounted rate. Guests can choose their preferred room type and receive an additional discount when paying for the reservation upon booking. The cancellation policy for individual bookings depends on the booking type chosen by the guest. To confirm the reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card information. Rooms are subject to availability and should be booked 10 days before arrival at the latest.

If you check in outside of opening hours, you can use the check-in kiosk. To access it, you will need your reservation number and PIN code, both of which are provided in your reservation confirmation.
