Biography

Her research explores transformative leadership, human-centered innovation, and the changing relationship between people, organizations, and technology. Her interests span Industry 5.0 and Society 5.0, including frugal innovation, human-robot collaboration and cobots, user experience, gamification, and emerging technologies. Her work emphasizes how technological transformation can be shaped to foster meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to work and society.
