10.11. Welcome reception

We will have an informal gathering and welcome reception in the city center of Lahti on 10.11. at 18-21:00. This is totally optional and no need to stress if you don't make it!

11.11. 1st Conference day

Our first conference day will include a keynote, paper presentations, and a poster session during the coffee break.

11.11. Conference Dinner

We will meet in the city center of Lahti (we will announce the place soon) to have a conference dinner together. Conference dinner is included in the ticket price. Please make sure to add your allergy information in the registration.

12.11. 2nd Conference day

Our second conference day will include paper presentations, and a panel discussion.

Please let us know if you are traveling with children or family. We can offer the possibility to buy additional dinner participation, and children are more than welcome to the conference, but we ask parents to provide their lunches and snacks.
