Registration fees for ETWT 2026
- 400 € Participants with Early-Bird price (deadline for registration 15.3.2026)
- 500 € Participants with normal price (registration 16.3.-19.5.2026)
- 250 € PhD Students
All the prices include fee of the social program 130,00 € + VAT 25,5% (33,15 €) and conference fee, VAT 0%.
The registration fee covers attendance to the opening event, conference sessions, catering during the conference and conference dinner. Registration can be confirmed by credit card (Visa, Master Card).
Cancellations with full reimbursement are accepted until 9th of May 2026. For cancellations submitted between 10th of May 2026 and 19th of May 2026, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 19th of May 2026. Please send the cancellations to ETWT@lut.fi.
