The Kaplaaki Alumni ry is organizing an afterwork event on Friday at 18:00 in the restaurant Armas in the Lappeenranta city centre (Kauppakatu 31). The afterwork continues until 10 PM, and the restaurant is open until the early hours of the morning.

KeTeK alumni association is having an afterwork party in Lappeenranta at Tuju Taproom (Soittokunnanraitti 3) on Friday 12 April from 6 PM to 9 PM.

The mechanical engineering alumni will gather on Friday starting from 18:00 for a HCD pre-party in the restaurant Old Cock. 

Start the weekend off comfortably and meet the members of the KRK Alumni Association as well as students. You can arrive at any time starting from 18:00. We will be there at least until 21:00.

Welcome to kickstart the HCD weekend with good food and company!

Enklaavi Alumni gather at OP's upstairs in the restaurant Saimaa's premises, where we can admire the beautiful view of Lake Saimaa as the sun sets. The event starts at 6 pm, and you can arrive flexibly upon your arrival in Lappeenranta.

We kindly ask for pre-registration by March 29th so that the restaurant can prepare accordingly for quantities and special dietary requirements.

Pelletti Alumni ry is organizing an afterwork event for our environmental engineering alumni. Gather around in Bar Fiilis for a fun and chill get together with fellow alumni and some drinks, starting from 6pm. 
During the evening there will be a music bingo organized by the bar for everyone interested. Bingo starts at 7pm.

Armatuuri Alumni ry and Pelletin Alumni ry have jointly rented the Rakuunamäki Juhlatila (party space) for free alumni socializing after Homecoming Day from 18:00 to 24:00. The area is a drinking area and the entrance fee is 5 euros, which covers space rent and other expenses.

The Cluster Alumni Association, in collaboration with Cluster ry, is organizing an informal event on Saturday evening at 19:00 at the nightclub Valta, providing an opportunity to meet with old classmates and get to know current students.

When the main event on campus comes to an end, the evening continues downtown at the Giggling Marlin nightclub organized by Enklaavi Alumni until the early hours of the morning. All Homecoming Day participants are welcome to join regardless of their degree programme.

• Kaplaaki Alumni ry: A sauna party at Vierula

Kaplaaki Alumni ry is organizing a sauna party on Saturday at Vierula, right near the Lappeenranta campus.

Food will be provided, along with a warm sauna and refreshing waves of Lake Saimaa. Remember to bring your own towel and swimwear! Vierula is available until 11 PM. Both alumni and students are welcome to the sauna evening.

• Kaplaaki ry: Dinner & Afterparty at Student Union House Basement

Kaplaaki ry is organising an informal Get Together Event for Kaplaaki’s alumnies. The event starts at 17 o’clock for those that have pre-registered for dinner. Dinner will be served till 20 o’clock. 

Afterparty will start at 21 o’clock and the doors will open for everyone with a chance to go to the sauna. Note that at the Student Union House Basement the dressing room and shower capacity is limited to one room and to toilets. 

The dinner is for a 15€ fee and requires prior registration. Registration will be open as long as there is capacity.  Instructions for payment and other details will be sent later though e-mail.

The KeTeK Alumni Association and the Alumni of Computational Engineering are organizing a relaxed event where you can meet other alumni! The event will take place in TEK Studio on the upper floor of the Student Union Building on Saturday 13 April starting at 19:00. Entertainment and refreshments will be available. The event provides an easy opportunity to explore the activities around the university area.

After the HCD main event, the Mechanical Engineering Guild Alumni Association offers a relaxed evening gathering with food, drinks, and a sauna at the Hytti VPK House. Please bring your own sauna gear with you. 

Transportation departs from the main entrance of the university in two parts, the first at 18:00 and the second bus at around 18:30.

The evening includes:

• Introduction of the Mechanical Engineering Guild Alumni Association at 20:00 (event opening)
• Socializing with mechanical engineering alumni

Return transportation begins at 22:00 to the city centre and the university.

Wouldn't it be nice to reminisce about the old study years? Well, now you have the chance to relive those golden academic days! Come join the LTKY's Nostalgia sitz on April 13th, following the Homecoming Day. Travel back in time to raise a toast with friends and other alumni, singing "Helan Går."
