We recommend arriving at the campus well in advance. Due to the large number of alumni attending, there might be occasional entrance queues. Allocate more time than usual for arrival.

Those first to arrive will receive a LUT souvenir.

All four entrances to the campus will be in use for registration on the event day.

We recommend Business School alumni to arrive at the LAB building and Industrial engineering and management alumni at the Student Union building. Alumni from other degree programmes can arrive either at the LUT main entrance or the western entrance

There is parking guidance on the campus area. Please arrive at the campus well in advance.

Please note that there is a limited number of parking spaces on the campus. Charging stations for electric cars are limited, and their locations are visible on Tuudo's map.

Shared transportation from the city center of Lappeenranta and the railway station to the campus is arranged on Saturday morning, as well as return transportation in the afternoon and evening.

You can also park at the Armilanlinna parking area in the city center, from where it's a short distance to the railway station (HCD bus rides). Access to the parking area of Armilanlinna (Ratakatu 18) is through Oppilaankatu (Oppilaankatu 2-4).

We arrange transportation from downtown Lappeenranta to the campus.

Transportation to the campus departs at 8:15 am and 9:00 am from in front of Scandic Patria and from the lower entrance of Sokos Hotel Lappee, with one bus passing through Hotel Rakuuna.
Transportation from the railway station is at 8:28 am for passengers arriving from Joensuu and at 9:04 am for passengers arriving from Helsinki.

Return transportation from the campus to the railway station departs at 2:45 pm, 3:45 pm, 4:45 pm, and 7:30 pm.

Additionally, buses run non-stop from the campus to downtown Lappeenranta from 2:45 pm to 7:30 pm.

There is no shared transportation from campus to downtown after 7:30 pm.

The drop-off and pick-up point for taxis on campus are at the main entrance of LUT University and the main entrance of LAB University of Applied Sciences.
