You are welcome to use any presentation template provided that your slides are prepared in the 16:9 aspect ratio.
Accepted file formats are:
- PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx)
- PDF (.pdf)
Please ensure that your presentation is in 16:9 format to guarantee proper display on the conference equipment.
Presentation time
Each presentation is allocated a 20-minute time slot.
This time includes:
- Setup approx. 1 minute
- Presentation 14 minutes
- Questions and discussion 4 minute
- Transition to next speaker approx. 1 minute.
We kindly ask you to manage your presentation time accordingly to ensure the session runs smoothly. For the presentation schedule, please check your assigned time in EasyChair. You can find the schedule through this link.
Presentation upload
Presentations should be uploaded no later than 3 hours before the start of the parallel session in which you are presenting.
Presenters are requested to upload their presentations via the provided OneDrive file request link in advance of their session. Files should be in PPT or PDF format. If the presentation contains linked videos, please upload the complete presentation as a single .zip file. This helps ensure a smooth and technically reliable session.
You may also upload your presentation at the reception desk using a USB stick.
