Registration fees for the 12th International Conference on Rotordynamics 2026

  • 750€ Regular - full conference, early bird (registration period 18.2.-18.3.2026)
  • 850€ Regular - full conference (registration starting 19.3.2026)
  • 550€ Student - full conference, early bird (registration period 18.2.-18.3.2026)
  • 650€ Student - full conference (registration starting 19.3.2026)

All the prices include conference fee, VAT 0%.

The registration fee covers attendance to the conference sessions and catering during the conference. Registration can be confirmed by credit card (Visa, Master Card). Welcome Reception is provided by City of Lahti. Gala Dinner is provided by partners of IFToMM2026. 

The avec's social programme price includes the fee of the Gala Dinner 105,00€ (VAT 25,5%, VAT 21,33€). Avec will be able to participate to the Welcome Reception with additional fee of 55,00€ (VAT 25,5%, VAT 11,18€)

On the form there is optional visits to industry and/or university facilities that have an price of 30 euros (inc. VAT 25,5% 6,10€)

We have arranged an optional post‑conference trip (Lakeside Finland: Päijät-Häme Scenic & Cultural Tour), operated by a third‑party provider, and a payment link will be sent once we have confirmed sufficient participant interest. Price of the post-conference trip is 270,00€ per person.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: 

The final date for registration is May 24 for the presenting author, industrial visits and avecs in Gala dinner. Cancellations final date is May 22 for a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after May 22. Please send the cancellations to rotordynamics2026@lut.fi
