The abstract submission period for Research Service Days 2026 is now open. You can submit your abstract proposal under one of seven main themes: pre-award, post-award, innovation & commercialization, research data & infrastructure, responsible & resilient science, Europe & international future directions, and management development. Each main theme has more specific sub-themes for abstract topics.
You can suggest your preferred presentation format: workshop, lecture, short presentation, roundtable discussion, or poster. We will confirm the presentation format separately in May when the final program is published.
The abstract submission deadline is April 30, 2026.
