Ceremonial Conferment of Doctoral Degrees
In the ceremony, LUT will confer 13 honorary doctorates in technology, 9 in business administration, and one in social sciences. The university awards an honorary doctorate for outstanding achievements in science and in the promotion of university’s activities and objectives.
The doctoral graduates being honoured have proven excellence through demanding research work in their dissertations, thus playing an important role in these festivities.
