• Parking during the event is free of charge in the campus parking areas P2 and P3.
• The P2 and P3 parking areas are located at the end of the campus on the railway‑track side, with access from Mukkulankatu.
• Please note: The parking area cannot be accessed through the campus courtyard.
• Traffic controllers will be on site to guide drivers to the parking areas.

Participant check-in for the event begins at 8:30. The official programme starts in the auditorium at 10:00, but LUT for You -services and the EMRC research platform will already be open from 8:30 onwards.

Between 8:30 and 9:30, you can also meet the LUT management over morning coffee. Coffee will be served to the first 200 participants.

When checking in, you will need to show the QR code/ticket (sent to you in a separate email before the event) to the QR code reader at the check-in device. After this, a badge with your check‑in details will be printed for you, granting access to the campus.

Please note that the badge can only be printed if you have registered for the event – so make sure you have completed your registration before arriving at the check‑in desk.

Restaurant Isku Center 
The restaurant is open for registered event visitors from 8:00 to 20:00. 

There will be an info desk in Restaurant Isku Center, where pre‑ordered lunch, dinner and drink coupons can be collected during the event day. 

Event day lunch is served from 11:00 to 15:00. 
Price: 13,30/person, including a buffet lunch, a small dessert, and coffee. 

LUT Blossom Evening event is arranged in the restaurant facilities from 17:00 to 20:00. 
The evening buffet is fully booked.

Confirming the reservation 
All reservations from the allotment need to be guaranteed with a credit card or paid upon booking. The last free cancellation date for each individual reservation is 4 days prior to the arrival. We recommend making a reservation by phone or online. Kindly note that due to security reasons credit card details should not be sent via email.
