Conference rates before 15.7.2024*:
Student delegate rate 185 EUR
(available with proof of enrollment to be delivered in ConfTool system during the registration)
- Included: lunches, coffee breaks, and all day sessions during 14.-17.8 and a social reception on 15.8.
- Not included: social dinner on 16.8 (can be purchased separately, if planning to attend)
Full delegate 255 EUR
- Included: lunches, coffee breaks, and all day sessions during 15.-17.8 and social reception on 15.8.
- Not included: pre-conference program on 14.8 and social dinner on 16.8 (can be purchased separately, if planning to attend)
Pre-conference day on 14.8 35 EUR
- Included only: lunch, coffee breaks and day sessions with workshops during 14.8
- Not included: everything else
Social dinner on 16.8. 75 EUR

! Late registration fees for delegates in the period 15.-31.7.2024 will be 50 EUR higher.
! No registration after 31.7.2024 is possible. !
Guest policy: registered participants can purchase the attendance for up to 2 guests to attend the social dinner on 16.8. (75 EUR/guest) with the name of the guest(s) and dietary preferences are to be provided upon registration. No guests registrations are available after 31.7.2024.
Cancellation policy: If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event.
