I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from LUT (2012–2014), where I focused on Global Management of Innovation and Technology to combine my passion for both business and tech. Over the past decade, my career has covered two main areas: leading R&D sustainability projects at Blancco and managing customer projects at Ericsson. For the last 8+ years at Ericsson, I have managed complex mobile network and business service modernizations for operators, driving 5G adoption and upgrading critical infrastructure. My work sits right at the intersection of IT, financial management, customer relations, and team leadership, making every project unique, dynamic, and rewarding.
Having moved to Finland as an international student and built a successful career here, I know firsthand that the path from university to the professional world isn't always smooth, but it is deeply rewarding. I wanted to become a mentor to share the practical insights, lessons, and confidence I’ve gained over my 10+ years in the industry. Outside of my main role, my interest lies in personal finance and investing, as well as keeping a healthy work-life balance through an active lifestyle.
In my mentee, I am looking for someone curious, open-minded, and proactive about their career journey.
