I hold a Master’s degree in Global Management of Innovation and Technology from LUT University, with a background combining technology, digital transformation, education and marketing. Over the years, I have worked with Microsoft technologies, digital learning and transformation projects, and currently work in marketing and content creation while developing my own projects around the Finnish technology and innovation ecosystem. I have also been involved in mentoring at LUT, teaching, international projects and working with people from very different professional and cultural backgrounds.
I became a mentor because I genuinely enjoy helping people connect the dots between their skills, ambitions and opportunities. My mentoring style is based on dialogue and collaboration rather than giving ready-made answers. I would like my mentee to feel comfortable bringing both ambitious ideas and difficult questions to our conversations. I hope to meet a curious, open-minded person who is willing to reflect, experiment and challenge their own assumptions. Together, I would like us to turn ideas into practical next steps — whether that means developing a career direction, understanding the working world, exploring entrepreneurship or simply becoming more confident about what comes next.
