I hold a Master’s degree in International Marketing Management from LUT and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Saimaa University of Applied Sciences. Over the past years I’ve built my career in business development and product strategy at Metso, working on market analysis, growth initiatives, business case development, and cross‑functional projects that bring real impact. My work has ranged from identifying new business opportunities to shaping strategic decisions and building tools, structures, and processes that help teams work smarter. These experiences and the people I got to work with are the reason I wanted to become a mentor – I know how valuable it is to have someone who can offer clarity, perspective, and encouragement at the right moment.
As a mentor, I hope for a mentee to be curious, proactive, and willing to explore different paths and ask challenging topics. I enjoy helping others structure their thinking, identify opportunities, and translate ideas into practical steps. My mentoring style is open, supportive, and analytical: I like asking good questions and sharing real examples.
Outside of work, I recharge through creative projects, volunteering at events, playing chess and video games. I’m looking forward to connecting and supporting someone who wants to grow, experiment, and shape their own professional story.
