Meiying Zheng, Master of Science in Technology, will defend her doctoral dissertation in the field of Chemical Engineering 30 September at 10 AM (CET). Her dissertation is titled Antimatter Meets Lithium-Ion Batteries – Unveiling Cathode Conduction Mechanisms via Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy and Density Functional Theory. The dissertation was written and jointly supervised under a double PhD program between Politecnico di Milano, Italy, XXXVII cycle, and Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT, Finland.
