DuuniDay is expanding to the Lahti campus! The event will gather LUT and LAB students in Lahti together with approximately 40 employers interested in recruiting our students.

In our recruitment events you are able to meet our students in person. At best, the discussion and contact made in an event will lead to a contract of employment later on.
Recruitment events also play an important role in developing awareness and employer image. Starting from the freshman year, our students will visit the recruitment events to get to know potential employers. Later on, it will be easy to approach employers met in the events.

DuuniDay, the biggest recruitment event in South Karelia, is organized at Lappeenranta campus. It gathers together the students of LUT and LAB, as well as about 100 employers interested in recruiting them.

Do you want to reach and introduce your company to students looking for potential employers and career opportunities? RekryPoint events bring together 5–10 companies at a time to meet, network, and engage with students. The events are held a few times per semester on the Lahti and Lappeenranta campuses. The service is free of charge for employers.

We offer you the possibility to organize your own live or virtual recruitment event. The event will be planned based on your needs and wishes. In addition, we will assist you in organizing and marketing the event. Pop-Up Rekry is a paid service. (from 300 € + VAT).
