Biography

Igor Laine, D.Sc. (Econ.) earned his doctoral degree from Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), Finland in November 2016. His doctoral dissertation entitled Institution-based View of Entrepreneurial Internationalization was approved with distinction and reflects his research interests at the intersection of international business and entrepreneurship with a particular focus on developing economies. At LUT, he is also responsible for teaching several bachelor- and master-level courses including Internationalisation of the Firm, Cross-cultural issues in International Business and International Business Essentials.
