Jarno Hovi

arno Hovi is the Director of Administrative Services at LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences. He leads the shared administrative and support services of the LUT Group. Before joining higher education, Hovi held international leadership positions at Elisa, John Deere, and Wärtsilä. His expertise includes service business management, customer experience, organizational development, and business transformation. Hovi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University.
