Results-driven professional with experience in research, development, and innovation. Highly skilled in supervising professional and support staff and students, performing administrative tasks, and planning development projects. Proficient in designing, conducting, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.

Research interests focus on sustainable innovation and technology implementation, aiming to integrate socio-digital innovations to enhance urban air quality. The exploration centers on the interplay between social innovation, knowledge networks, and practical air quality improvement projects. The work encompasses both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, aiming to produce impactful, practical, and theoretically sound research findings.

Experience in teaching and mentoring includes designing and executing experiments for students as a laboratory professor assistant, improving their understanding of chemical processes. Mentoring and training students in laboratory techniques and equipment usage has significantly enhanced their performance and knowledge. Involvement in supervising and mentoring undergraduate students includes providing guidance, feedback, and nurturing their professional growth.
