Ruochen Yin, Doctor of Science, will defend his doctoral dissertation in the field of Mechanical Engineering at LUT on 17th of November at noon, Auditorium 1314 in an online event. His dissertation is titled Research on key technologies for lightweight maintenance operations of the remote handling system for a fusion reactor. Professor Xuping Zhang, Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering, Aarhus university, Denmark, and Professor Christoffer Sloth, The Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute, University of Southern Denmark, Denmark, will act as opponents. Docent Huapeng Wu of LUT University will act as custos.
