The application period for LUT’s English-language bachelor’s programmes is open until 30 April 2027. A total of 15 programmes are available in technology and business. The programmes are offered in Lappeenranta and Lahti. The Bachelor’s Programme in Civil Engineering is now accepting applications for the first time.
Applications to LUT’s English-language master’s programmes can be submitted until 31 March 2027. A total of 33 programmes are available in technology, business, and social and communication sciences. The programmes take place in Lappeenranta, Lahti, and Kouvola.
Rolling admissions give applicants flexibility
Rolling admissions make it possible to secure a place at the university well before studies begin.
Applicants may receive an admission decision within a few weeks of submitting their application. Applications to each programme are reviewed as long as places remain, and places are filled in the order applications are received. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as they have chosen the programme they want.

- Applications to LUT’s Finnish-language master’s programmes are accepted 14 December 2026–21 January 2027.
- Applications to LUT’s Finnish-language bachelor’s programmes are submitted during the national second joint application period 9–23 March 2027. For the first time, applications can then also be submitted to the Finnish-language Bachelor’s Programme in Civil Engineering in Lahti.
