Biography

Arome Ibrahim, B.Sc., MBA, is a Junior Researcher and MSCA Fellow at LUT University in Finland, while also pursuing a Double Degree in the DREAM+PLAN program at RMIT University, Australia. His background includes founding an Emerging Technology Company focused on Virtual and Augmented Reality, which has won numerous awards and grants.With over five years of experience as a facilitator and mentor across various entrepreneurship and innovation programs, including the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, Global Startup Awards, AI Forge UK, NASA Globe Symposium, Reimagine Education Awards, Games for Change, and Startup Grind, he has developed a strong expertise in mentoring the next generation of impact entrepreneurs.


Arome's research interests are centered around impact entrepreneurship, technology entrepreneurship, regenerative entrepreneurship, regenerative business, and sustainability studies. He holds an Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Impact Entrepreneurship, having received joint diplomas from the Zagreb School of Economics & Management (Croatia), ISM University of Management and Economics (Lithuania), and HEC Liège Management School (Belgium). In addition, he previously led Immersive Tech Africa, an initiative dedicated to democratizing access to Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence across Africa. His research aims to develop practical, impact-driven frameworks that empower technology ventures and entrepreneurs to prioritize resilience, restoration, and regeneration, facilitating the shift toward a regenerative economy.
