Biography

I am a Junior Researcher and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Fellow at LUT University, Finland, concurrently pursuing a Double Degree in the DREAM+PLAN program at RMIT University, Australia.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a specialization in Applied Meteorology and an Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in Impact Entrepreneurship, jointly awarded by the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in Croatia, ISM University of Management and Economics in Lithuania, and HEC Liège Management School in Belgium.

My research interests focuses on technology entrepreneurship, regenerative business/models/practices, Extended Reality (XR & AI), and using qualitative, experimental, podcast interview and case study methodologies.

I am particularly interested in how emerging technology ventures develop sustainable and regenerative business models, collaborate across innovation ecosystems, and create new forms of value to address complex societal and environmental challenges.

Prior to my academic career, I founded an award-winning emerging technology company (Experis Immersive) specializing in Virtual and Augmented Reality, which received multiple grants and recognitions. I also led Immersive Tech Africa, an initiative focused on expanding access to Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence across Africa.

With over 7 years of experience, I have served as a judge, mentor and facilitator at global innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, including the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, Global Startup Awards, NASA GLOBE Symposium, AI Forge UK, Reimagine Education Awards, Games for Change, Startup Grind, e-Fest (Schulze Entrepreneurship Challenge), Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition, Naija SDGs Fintech Hackathon, Codeavour (AI, Coding and Robotics) and the International Science Council (ISC) Frontiers Planetary Prize.

I currently serve as a team member of the LUTES FORWARD Accelerator, host the ReGen Rhythm Podcast, act as the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program Lead for LUT Storming, co-lead the LUT/LAB Virtual Worlds Community, and serve as a student representative at the Nordic Research School in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NORSI).
